Amazing company! I had an emergency with my ac leaking and was told they can come out that day when 3 other place told me it will be a few days. She was very apologetic saying it wouldn't be till 4pm-6pm that day and I said I don't care it's the same day, they called me at 12:30 saying they were on there way showed up very professional and concern with what was going on. They got it all fixed to had me up and running within 45 mins! You will now be my go to AC needs thank you!
My ac stopped cooling on a Saturday in the middle of a heatwave. Temperatures were expected to be over 105° for several days. They still managed to squeeze me in on Sunday of what was, no doubt, an incredibly busy weekend. The dispatcher was friendly and reassuring. The repair guys called me prior to arrival and they arrived in the time frame I was given. They explained everything to me at each step and gave me all the discounts that were available to me. When they were delayed, because they had a hard time locating the part I needed, they called me and updated me on their progress. My ac was back up and running by Sunday afternoon. I was thoroughly impressed by (and incredibly grateful for!) the service I received and I will recommend them to everyone I can. I even bought the service club membership so I can try to prevent this from happening again. Thanks guys! I'd give you 10 stars if I could!
We had to call them twice within a week (2 different AC units) and both times they were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable with our problems and were able to get us back up and running in no time! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and multiple other family members have used them in the past as well, all with excellent results as well. They are a great locally owned, family run business with the best prices, fast service, and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks again for saving us TWICE from our lovely valley heat!
