I have called Kathlyn for help with plumbing emergencies on two occasions in the last 3 years. On both occasions she picked up her phone right away and spent several minutes of her time coaching me on how to fix the issues myself! She encouraged me to try fixing things I didn't think I was cable if fixing, patiently walked me through the process, and didn't charge a penny. Great experience, my go-to plumbers from now on. I was ankle deep in shower water and had a couple of sinks that were draining slow. James was great, very clean and expedient. Cleared all my drains and everything is flowing quickly now. Even had him rooter my main drain for peace of mind, hadn't been done the whole 6 years we've lived here. Very fair and competitive price. Late last night, I walked into the garage to find the 29-year-old water heater tank had ruptured -- water everywhere! First thing in the morning, I put in a call to HEB. In a total of just under three hours from my phone call, they had shown up, quoted me on a replacement, gone to fetch it, and installed it fully, including bringing some of the surrounding pipes and accoutrements up to the modern era. They did it all with a smile (behind COVID masks ;) ) and for a price that wound up being less than I had feared it could have been.

What a wonderful company. I needed a plumber to come to my house due to a clog in the bathroom pipes. It was already past noon on a monday and as a single mom I rushed home feom work to take care of the plumbing issue. I called 20 company and no luck having someone come over at the last min. THis was the first co that assured to call me back after they rearrange their schedule. Kathlyn called me back within 15 to 20 min to tell me someone will be at my house within the hour. They were on time and made sure everything was taken care of. Cant thank them enough! Will use their service in the future.

I got an appointment scheduled quickly and the guys were on time and nice but they were very slow and it was very expensive. Took 2 and a half hours to replace only two valves and weren't even able to fix one of the issues. They nickel and dime you on "equipment charges", travel, etc.

Kathlyn the owner gets 5 stars! And Chris and Eric did a good job repairing my sprinkler head.
But, when I have people on my property I expect them to not make rude comments about my dogs. My Chocolate Lab Puppy was barking in the backyard while I showed them the leaking sprinkler head in the front yard and one of them called her Cujo. And then called them Pit Bulls. My white Boxer was inside and never even barked at them she corrected the little dogs trying to get out the front door. I have workers in my home all the time with the dogs happily greeting everyone my AC guy even tosses them balls. My Daddy always says dogs are a great judge of character. And I am polite so I did not comment on the tobacco stink and sores all over his arms. Anyone who works in yards should be educated that it is normal for dogs to bark at a gate. My pool guy walks right in and is happily greeted with wags.

Kathlyn, the owner came out to each job and went over a plan to to address my plumbing issue. Her plumbers were very curious, knowledgeable and fast! Chris and Eric were the plumbers that worked on my house and I couldn't be happier with his work.
HEB also did work on my sprinkler system getting it back up and going and did an amazing job!

A pair of Kathlyn's crew, Chris and Eric, came out to repair a cracked water line. They were prompt to our appointment. They were very professional and kind enough to show me the problem and how to fix it. I wouldn't be able to do it but it was fun to learn. At the end of the job Kathlyn came by to introduce herself and discuss the job. It was a nice touch. This will be my go-to company for any future plumbing issues!

This company is awesome. We have used them twice now and have received excellent service each time. The owner Kathlyn always answers the phone and is very helpful. The crew that comes out is very knowledgeable, polite, and they work quickly to resolve your issue. They fixed a faulty toilet flange in just over an hour and even cleaned up the floors after they were done. Would highly recommend this company!!
