I have been using this company for the last 7 years after ever since Ralph Smith the President personally visited my home and sold me a very expensive back-up generator (over $12K) In the last 5 years you have never failed to disappoint. From rude technicians to massive bills. I stayed loyal to your company in the hope it would get better. Quite frankly it hasn't. I have called twice and asked to speak to Mr. Smith, only to be promised a return call that never happened. Over the years I've paid this company well over $20,000 for equipment and repairs. One of your technicians visited my home on August 5th, diagnosed a problem and told me I needed a new "blower" for my upstairs HVAC. Two minutes later I called your office and authorized the repair and was told the part would take "about two or three days to arrive". I was also told, I would receive a return call with the price. After hearing nothing, I called the office again today 8/7 only to be told "it will take two or three days to order the part, we can get out there on Monday". When I asked what happened to the original commitment, I was told "well, we've been busy". OMG is this service to be proud of? The last technician that visited my house was sent away because he was rude and obnoxious. I'm a very mild mannered and polite individual, but you have stretched my patience to the limit. Your service has dropped to the level of embarrassment.

Don't keep clutter near your furnace. It's a fire hazard, and may keep your system from operating efficiently.

If you have a forced-air heating system, check your furnace's blower compartment and blower coils. Vacuum dirt and dust. If you're comfortable doing so, check fan belt tension, and lubricate fan and motor bearings.
