Blackhawk is a locally owned & operated construction company. Bob Koelling, Blackhawk' s owner, founded the company in 1988. While many general contractors use over 18 different sub-contractors on most jobs, we take pride in managing all aspects of our contracts. The company general-contracts both residential & commercial projects & takes pride in its reputation for completing work in a timely manner with the customer's satisfaction as our primary goal. Commercial experience includes firehouses, hotels, child care centers & schools.
