We are independent tradesmen with decades of experience in carpentry, tile, custom mill work and cabinetry. We have experience in every facet of the residential building process and, therefore, set ourselves apart from the rest.
Gunderson Homes, LLC began in 2003 as a trade-for-hire for general contractors, with a small amount of business delivered directly to the private sector. As building slowed and rehab projects overtook the market, we began receiving more and more requests for services from individual homeowners. Through referrals, we accrue the vast majority of our work. Although remodels have been our focus, with our recent new growth, our direction has become new home construction.

Gunderson homes and carpentry did a beautiful job building my home. Joe and his crew were Skilled and knowledgeable. Their workmanship was top notch. They did some nice custom built-Ins for me. Joe was very helpful coming up with ideas and he was quick to respond to me if I had questions or concerns. I had to be in the house at a certain date, And they got it finished and got me in on time. I recommend Gunderson homes and carpentry highly!

We couldn't be happier with the beautiful home Joe with Gunderson Homes. Such an easygoing guy to work with even through the many times I changed my mind on things. He made sure every detail was perfect. I would highly recommend Gunderson Homes if you are looking to build.

Gunderson homes is by far one of the best builders I’ve seen. They are so clean, precise and perfectly awesome in everything that goes into a project. We went from a very dated basement to basically another house downstairs. Hands down AMAZING! I can not wait for the rest of the projects to be done in our house after seeing the end result of this one! Thank you so much for everything!
