j&d heating sent a tech to our home, Andy, to work on our furnace. We thought we may have a problem with the thermostat but Andy was extremely professional and thorough and figured out what the real problem was. I highly recommend them and trust them. Andy was amazing!

I have been in customer service for many years and I have to say, J&D blew me away with their customer service! From the second I made a call to them, the experience was a delight and from start to finish. I was impressed. Susan in the office made us feel like we were a top priority and the service techs were beyond professional and extremely knowledgeable about the job they were doing. They were super polite. When they were leaving our home, they even brought our trash cans up to the house from the curb on trash day. Now that right there was a finishing touch of great customer service! This company does great work and they know how to treat their customers! Great job to all if you!

Chris found a crack in my 18 year old furnace and sent pictures to several of his colleagues and superiors to confirm the severity of the issue. After receiving confirmation from his supervisor and colleagues, they agreed that my furnace was to dangerous to operate. I was in shock and quite traumatized by the information and the cost of replacing the unit. Chris was very kind and discussed options with me. I'm still having sticker shock but the new unit was installed the next day and life goes on. The financing option helped and was very competitive. J&D acted very professionally and Chris allowed me to rant and rave about the situation and treated me with understanding and respected my feelings. Much appreciated. Thank you.

We have been customers of J&D for many years now, and they have always been professional and caring. We recently had a check up on our furnace (which they installed two years ago), and Adam found a very small crack on one of the fan blades in the blower, and a slight over-amperage on one component. He quickly and cheerfully made all the repairs and kept us informed of all the details as he was fixing it. Everything was under warranty and replaced at no charge, and done on our schedule and satisfaction. Great service and friendly interaction from beginning to end. Thanks again, Adam and J&D.
