North Coast Engineering (NCE) has provided a wealth of engineering and land surveying services to clients across the County of San Luis Obispo since 1979, including local and regional projects. Steven J. Sylvester, a recently retired Registered Civil Engineer, founded the company in the coastal community of Cambria. NCE provides civil design, land surveying, and bidding assisting services to meet all milestones and time targets successfully. We are responsive to our Client's needs and stay abreast of ongoing changes in the industry.
