Our passion is working with wood and people. Our mission is to help folks affordably alter their space to be more liveable and loveable, and to create beautiful objects that serve aesthetic and functional purposes equally well. I learned carpentry and other skills at Siktberg Custom Interiors in Boston and Thayer Street Associates in South Deerfield. But, I've spent most of my life doing things other than running a carpentry business! I have a master's degree in economics. I used to conduct research for the US Forest Service and teach statistics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
