Situated in Sedona and Cottonwood Arizona, SEC, Inc. is an Arizona corporation, specializing in land planning, civil engineering, structural engineering, land surveying, forest management and environmental planning. Since 1974, we have prepared street construction plans and documents, utility plans (sewer & water) and prepared land use plans and reports for numerous projects in Yavapai and Coconino Counties and throughout the western United States. These engineering, surveying and land planning projects have been completed for clients ranging from individuals through and including state, county and municipalities.

SEC's surveying staff has completed thousands of surveys, from the smallest of residential lot surveys to multi-section Public Land Survey System retracements. Our work has met the highest technical and professional standards. Our licensed registrants have prepared numerous legal documents including: land descriptions, elevation certificates, easement descriptions, subdivision plats, results of survey maps and corner monumentation certificates for recordation in the public record. SEC utilizes Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment, fully automated total stations, robotics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping and CAD drafting software.
Our team of engineers, surveyors, planners, designers and natural resource professionals have the knowledge and skill to facilitate the project from concept to completion, with personal attention and professionalism.
