Over three decades. Growing outward through inward development. Adding services to meet the needs of both large and small, public and private organizations. Now one firm with many moving parts. From the infancy of design to the proper, ongoing maintenance of a built structure or environment, civil engineering covers a lot of ground. It's why the multidisciplinary approach works, especially when layered with individual responsibility and a passion for what we do. A University of Nevada, Reno alumna with a degree in civil engineering, Michelle is licensed in both Nevada and California and is certified as a Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner (QISP) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Developer and Practitioner.
