Altitude Land Consultants, Inc. is a Colorado-based land consulting firm founded in early 2009. We offer full service civil engineering, land surveying, planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and forensic engineering services. Our focus is on land development consulting for residential, commercial and public clients, including new development, infill redevelopment, and remedial design services. We currently hold licenses in 12 states and have a staff of over 20 professionals located both in our Denver, Colorado (RiNo District) and central Colorado Springs.

Our land surveying team uses the latest in robotic and GPS technology to meet all of your land surveying needs from initial property surveys to construction period services. Altitude Land Consultants (ALC) does all size projects ranging from single family residential to large multi-acre survey. Additionally, we also have a great deal of experience with the Construction Staking services from single family homes and small multi-family developments to large subdivisions and commercial projects. By offering engineering in-house, we can provide the most efficient survey - design team available.

Our civil engineering team integrates with our land surveying team and services a wide variety of industries and project types. We provide civil engineering services on large and small land development projects, primarily throughout Colorado and Texas. The project types include commercial development, parks and open space projects, single family subdivisions, infill townhomes, multi-family developments, remedial design services, and forensic engineering. By offering a suite of land development services in-house, we are able to bring unique value and perspective to projects that are not always offered by single-discipline firms.

We consider landscape architecture to be a critical link in the design of great spaces and places. The nature of landscape architecture is inherently green in the way that rainwater is managed; how buildings breathe; and how plant communities work with each other to conserve what may be the world's most important resource - water. We work with a broad range of private and public clients on project types including detached and attached single family housing, multi-family housing, assisted and independent living, parks, churches, recreational facilities, social-service developments, military installations, schools, medical, offices, retail spaces and mixed-use developments.
