McDougall Devcon provides construction management (CM) services to observe construction in accordance with the construction documents. CM observation provides documentation and monitors progress of work for verification of pay items. We coordinate materials testing and verify testing results for compliance with project specifications. CM services can be scoped from pre-construction bids through final close out. Our familiarity with CM practices, codes and specifications helps to get the project construction underway, completed properly and approved for use.
