Arthur Surveying Company was established in 1986 by Douglas L. Arthur, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS). We are dedicated to being a customer-responsive business specializing in residential and commercial land surveying services of the highest quality. We accomplish this by maintaining a tradition of pride and skilled craftsmanship in our services, growth through teamwork and opportunity for our commercial and residential surveyors, and integrity in the management of our business. Josh Sienkiewicz has over 14 years experience working in the professional services industry.

Throughout our two and a half decades of working with a wide range of Land Developers, Architects, and Engineers, our sister company, Windrose Land Surveying & Platting has learned the importance of engaging in discussions with clients as early as possible in the life of a project in order to determine what services are needed and how to best deliver them for any given building or development project. They have the depth and breadth of experience within the firm to direct work to yield information that will add significant value to a project during design, construction, and operation.

They combine a range of elements, including boundary surveys, mortgage surveys and topographic surveys to create a very detailed commercial survey. All ALTA surveys must adhere to minimum standards as set by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.
