Benchmark provides topographic and planimetric surveys. These surveys are used by our clients to design housing developments, commercial tracts, public utilities, and roadway projects. GIS services include field location of existing public utilities. Benchmark Surveying and Land Services, Inc. performs residential and commercial lot surveys, rural boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, mortgage inspections, and other land related surveys. We also prepare plats for residential and commercial developments.
