DJ&A routinely provides varying levels of construction management services depending on our client's needs. We employ a group of construction managers, many of whom are retired engineers with over 30 years of engineering and construction experience. They serve the construction management needs of our clients with great flexibility to travel and observe construction at remote sites for long periods of time.
Our structural engineering team specializes in both vertical and horizontal applications for a variety of project types, including pedestrian, vehicular, and railroad bridges; buildings; retaining walls; culverts; and recreational facilities. The expertise of the personnel assigned to this project was exceptional. Construction challenges for the unique sites were identified early and remained a consideration throughout the design process. DJ&A was always responsive in addressing our correspondence and our needs.
We always look for ways to help our clients maximize the value of their engineering investments without sacrificing a project's integrity. Beyond providing informal cost-benefit analyses on all projects we complete, we also complete full Value Analysis/Value Engineering studies and workshops for clients who desire a more comprehensive approach. We have a certified Value Methodology Associate (VMA) on staff who has been facilitating workshops and trainings for more than a decade for clients including the National Park Service and the Federal Highway Administration.
