As a part of our full-service engineering and architectural capabilities, Cochran is a professionally licensed land surveying firm. Our in-house, state-of-the-art survey department functions as both an autonomous group and a support service to our engineering services. Land surveying is the collection and documentation of a site's property lines, utility locations, easements, and topography that starts the site engineering process. The accuracy and comprehensive nature of a certified land survey are essential to a project's success.
