EMCS, Inc. is a multidiscipline civil engineering firm with offices in Milwaukee, Wausau, and Madison, Wisconsin; and Indianapolis, Indiana. For over 35 years we have been providing quality planning, design, and field services to both the public and private sector. Our areas of expertise include transportation engineering, planning and environmental services, traffic engineering, structural design, civil engineering, site development, land surveying, mapping and platting, and construction engineering.

Our structural engineering team provides design of reinforced concrete, steel, and reinforced earth structures for transportation municipal facilities and commercial developments, which have included bridges, building foundations, retaining walls, box culverts and underground structures.

EMCS provides land survey services for for a wide range of infrastructure and site development projects. Our survey portfolio is diverse and broad; including specialty experience such as control surveys for aerial flights, key local and state-wide topographic data collection efforts and staking on complex projects. We use state-of-the art software and we can deliver survey data in a wide range of formats. With extensive knowledge of state statutes and local ordinances, EMCS has successfully delivered survey and data collection services for hundreds of miles of roadways.
