Bax Engineering Company established in 1981 specializes in civil engineering, land planning and surveying for private and public entities. Bax Engineering Company's in-house resources include over 32 years of project files as well as the survey records of two previous St. Charles County firms. Bax Engineering Company has enjoyed steady growth starting with a mere five employees and growing to more than 25 employees today. Through this growth, the focus of Bax Engineering Company has always been to provide the highest quality service, quality in design and survey, as well as a high level of response to our clients.

Bax Engineering Company offers extensive land development services to developers of commercial and industrial facilities. We offer a complete design package that includes construction plans for grading and drainage, underground utilities, erosion and storm water management, road and parking lot layout, construction layout and boundary and topographic surveys. Bax has been instrumental in several commercial and industrial projects ranging from Mattingly's Addition in Florissant, ABC Daycare in St. Peters, Reckitt Benckiser Addition in St. Peters, Schaefer Auto Body in O'Fallon, Phoenix Metals in O'Fallon, Shopper's Fare in St. Peters, to large industrial parks such as Fountain Lakes in St. Charles.

Bax Engineering Company recently completed design and construction phase services for the replacement of three natural football fields with synthetic turf. Our team of professional's was responsible for the surveying and engineering aspects of the design, including civil site design and drainage.

Bax Engineering's field personnel are among the best in the industry. Many contractors, subcontractors, and project mangers have utilized our field staff in pre and post construction survey disciplines to ensure grading quantities, provide as-built data, monitor construction methods, and provide detailed reports on compromised retaining walls, foundation slabs, pier supports.
