Ward Vessel & Exchanger specializes in the custom design, engineering and fabrication of process equipment for Chemical Processing and related industries. With our latest expansion in Charlotte, NC and our new facility in Houston, TX, our production facilities have grown to over 80,000 SF (including 5 separate bays with 2 SS/Nickel only bays to meet your segregation needs) and are well equipped with (6) 20 ton, (4) 15 ton and (2) 10 ton overhead cranes. Also located on our 4.5 acre campus in Charlotte, NC is an 18,000 square foot outside staging and storage area serviced by (2) 15 ton overhead cranes.
Ward Vessel & Exchanger can meet all of your needs for shell and tube heat exchangers. Our design and fabrication facilities offer fast, efficient and cost-effective designs. We use B-JAC* (Aspen Technologies) for thermal rating and mechanical designs. Our state-of-the-art automatic tubesheet drilling equipment is accurate to 0.0002″. We offer all standard TEMA configurations including P, S, T and W types designed in accordance to ASME Code, Section VIII, Division 1 and TEMA C, B and R requirements.

#TeamWard is off to a great and safe start on the 85,000 lb. retube. Happy Friday - we're spending the afternoon offloading this 85,000 lb. #heatexchanger at our Charlotte-Annex facility. #TeamWard will be retubing the 3,700+ Hastelloy tubes on this big boy so it can go back into service. Stay tuned for more posts as we begin breaking the unit down as needed.
