Wellert Corporation was established July, 1980. It is a full-service, professional organization of civil, environmental, geotechnical, foundation and structural engineers as well as geologists and land surveyors. We provide engineering, environmental, permitting and surveying services for clients involving commercial, industrial, residential and public-works projects throughout Ohio. Wellert Corporation has experienced continual, controlled growth since its inception.
Wellert Corporation personnel are experts in site development design, subsurface soils and rock investigations, water impoundment and earth embankment design, stormwater runoff control, flood plain analyses, water supply systems, wastewater treatment systems, all facets of foundation and structural engineering, and land and hydrographic surveying. We have provided engineering and surveying services for the construction of buildings, public utilities, roads, bridges, towers, residential and industrial subdivisions, electrical substations, marinas, breakwalls, lakes, dams, and solid waste disposal sites.
We can assist "decision makers" in the "go"-"no go" process of developing a potential site. Wellert Corporation's Civil Engineering Department has extensive experience in all aspects of site development.
Our structural and foundation engineers work closely with architects and other engineers to provide cost-effective and practical designs. We also investigate structural and foundation problems in existing structures and provide analyses and remediation designs for our clients.
