HMB Professional Engineers, Inc. is a civil engineering and environmental planning firm serving the southeast region of the United States. Since 1979, we have been working for public and private clients in planning, designing, constructing and maintaining infrastructure projects throughout the region. With over 80 employees and 4 offices throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Alabama; we strive to provide our clients with the most effective and innovative designs, on time and within budget.
A major feature HMB is able to offer is having our own survey division. HMB's Survey Division has collected field data for roadway, structures, airport, land development, sanitary sewer collection lines, water distribution lines, stream restoration and storm drainage projects. Our survey crew has experience using both conventional and GPS survey equipment and have completed boundary surveys, topographical surveys, ALTA surveys, route surveys, environmental surveys and construction staking surveys.
HMB's Water Systems design specialists work to keep our clients informed as the design team assesses and incorporates important features into your treatment, distribution, and storage facilities. HMB's experience ranges from large-scale extension projects for the Louisville Water Company to a wide variety of plants, tanks, booster stations, and new and extended lines for communities of all sizes in all types of terrain. Regardless of the type of project, we will work to insure the system keeps pace with new standards and expectations, as well as with increasing demands for clean, safe, potable water.
