I was supposed to have someone come out for an estimate to replace furnace and hot water heater- was told all day after not showing for a 9-11am window that they would be there within the hour. NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED! Tried to give another chance and again didn't show within the time frame they provided and when I called was told once again would be there within the hour.no thank you! Bad business practice!
