Nieto Whittaker Surveying is a professional land surveying company serving the Central Florida area. We are MBE certified in Orange county and by Florida Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. We are also members of the Lake Eustis Chamber of Commerce and the Central Florida Chapter of FSMS. After working in the industry for over 25 years each or collectively over 50 years of experience, Ralph Nieto and Daniel Whittaker opted to start up their own business. We have two offices - one in Lake Mary, FL and the other in Eustis, FL.
We provide survey services for layout and construction of roads, stormwater drainage and sewage projects, as well as, as-built service projects. We review plats for local municipalities. We survey individual residential lots or entire residential subdivisions before/after they are constructed or purchased and provide surveys for mortgage closings. Elevationss and LOMARs We provide elevation certificates and LOMARs. We also provide letters of map revision and elevation certificates to meet lender requirements for flood insurance.
