Our team specializes in nature-based solutions for environmental engineering and stormwater management. Our engineers have worked on a broad range of projects ranging from inner-city BMPs to full-scale stream and wetland restorations and designs. Our team's expert surveyors have experience in all phases of environmental and stormwater projects. It is our desire to do great work and steward our natural resources so that future generations might be able to see the world in even better condition than it is today.

LDSI offers an efficient and cost-effective approach to supporting the construction industry. Our team is comprised of surveying and engineering professionals with experience in all phases of surveying and managing construction sites. From stakeouts to as-builts and everything in between, our surveyors have provided solutions for environmental restorations, high-rise buildings, residential subdivisions, and large-scale industrial sites for the past 20 years. Our engineers are experienced in providing construction oversite, observation, and management on a variety of projects.

At LDSI, we recognize that agriculture is a key building block for our society. With several of our team members coming from agriculture backgrounds and multiple members holding degrees in agricultural engineering, we understand the hard work that goes into agricultural production. We are proud to offer our professional services in surveying, irrigation, drainage, waste management, and waste utilization to the agricultural communities across the Southeast. With a local presence, we have the ability to respond quickly for on-site analysis.
