Rinker Design Associates, P.C. (RDA) is a Virginia-based civil engineering firm with 145 employees on staff, and locations in Manassas (main office), Fredericksburg, Richmond, and Virginia Beach, Virginia. RDA provided civil engineering services during the rezoning application as well as site plan services for the development of 140 residential two over two condominiums on 5.7 acres in the City of Manassas. The design included site grading and utilities as well as road improvements to Center Street, Stonewall Road, and Lee Avenue West. Processing of a Site Plan for a senior assisted living building with a total gross square footage of approximately 100,000 sf on a 7-acre site. Design included layout and grading, earthworks, parking lot layout, stormwater management/BMP, and adequate outfall analysis.

The services include designs of complex multi-span curved bridges to simple retaining walls, from concepts to detailed plans through all stages of a project. RDA's structural expertise encompasses designs of steel (curved, straight, traditional I-girders to fracture critical box beams) and concrete (bulb-T to box beams) bridges and modelling analyses including seismic.
