Ross-France, PC was founded in 1962 by Charles E. Ross and Joe H. France. Since that beginning, our Northern Virginia civil engineering and land surveying firm located in Manassas, Virginia has provided award-winning services to commercial, industrial, municipal, educational, and residential clients. Bigger for us isn't better. We've purposely remained relatively small to concentrate our efforts and provide an unmatched level of service. In fact, the Principals at Ross-France, PC are actively involved in our surveying and engineering design projects on a daily basis.
In addition, we utilize computer assisted drafting and design (CADD) through state-of-the-art design and land surveying software as well as the latest hardware. We produce machine-plotted (CAD) drawings as required by clients, and deliver finished record plats and engineered plans in digital formats as needed.
