ATCS has been providing Construction Management and Inspection services to clients since 1999. With a staff of nearly 100 construction professionals, we have the ability to provide responsive, quality services to meet the needs of local governments, state governments and utility companies. Our seasoned Construction Managers, Office Engineers and Inspection staff are well versed in construction contract administration and compliance. Having worked on over 500 projects throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, we understand the unique challenges associated with successfully delivering projects in our local communities.
