Fisher, Collins & Carter, Inc. has been meeting and exceeding, the civil engineering and land surveying needs of Maryland since 1978. With the over 100 years of combined experience between our 8 partners and the support of approximately 30 office and field personnel, we are accomplished at providing "hands on" management of all projects. During our 40 years in practice we have been fortunate to have played a key role in the planned responsible growth and development of Maryland through hundreds of subdivisions and site development plans, the development of the Community of Waverly Woods and the growth and expansion of Howard County Public Schools, to name a few.
