Skelly and Loy offers full-service construction services related to wastewater and water treatment systems, stream restoration, stormwater Best Management Practices, and other environmental infrastructure systems to a wide range of municipal, private, industrial, and non-profit organizations and clients. Construction experience includes new system installation and startups, existing system upgrades, system retrofits, and system decommissioning or closures. Services are performed to be in full compliance with regulatory permitting and building codes and include completion of final regulatory permit reporting and as-built documentation as needed.
