Berry Huff McDonald Milligan Inc. (BH2M) is a locally owned civil engineering, planning and surveying firm, founded in 1978. BH2M is headquartered in Gorham, Maine. Our multifaceted staff of 12 includes engineers, planners, project managers and surveyors. BH2M is a small firm mostly comprised of staff members that have been with the firm for 20 years or more. Our size, ability to offer a variety of services in-house, and experience working with one another enables us to provide efficient and cost effective solutions to municipal infrastructure projects.
