Every project is unique, and as a licensed architect in California and Washington, I use a systematic design process that takes you from Design Development to Permit then Construction Documents. We will meet on site for a free one hour consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and budget for the project. I have a resume that I can email to you with local references upon request. A standard AIA contract is next be signed to proceed with a retainer. This agreement spells out the fees and description of the work to be completed.
Kitchens are the heart of a home: they should work efficiently and effectively, while also communicating warmth and comfort. When counters are hard to clean (tile grout lines) and frequently used items are out of reach, daily family life doesn't flow as it could. Our kitchen designs integrate function with the elegance of clean lines, natural materials and one-of-a-kind details. Mill Valley Kitchen that I did 20 years ago came back on the market and looks just the same! It still sports Cherry Cabinets, slate floors with wood border, Granite & slate backsplashes with a copper hood and brass Prairie style hanging FLW style hanging fixtures.
Love this house! Disappears into the landscape.
As my friend, Anita said, “Where is the garage”?
My clients, the Walmas, are making good progress on their new kitchen! Cook books have a place! WHIDBEY Island! Construction site cooking no more- kudos!
