Mr. McCarthy has over 15 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and land surveying. His broad range of experience provides him with a unique hands-on approach and a thorough understanding of all phases of a project, from the initial planning process through construction close-out. Outside of the office, Ryan is always finding ways to challenge himself and learn new skills. Ryan and his wife, Katie, recently became a proud parents to a beautiful daughter. Ryan also enjoys boating on the Piscataqua River with his family, golfing with friends, and hiking in the White Mountains.
