GPR has performed numerous solar photovoltaic site feasibility studies and site designs across Massachusetts, including both roof- and ground-mounted systems. We have evaluated a list of sites owned by a major utility company interested in meeting their "green energy" goals. We understand the permitting process both with regard to MGL Ch. 40A Section 3, local zoning bylaws, conservation regulations and NHESP.
