For the past 22 years, Jensen Design Architects has taken pride in delivering quality and value to our development clients. Our familiarity and experience in hospitality design extends across many brands and market segments. In these 22 years, we have designed more than 200 hotel projects, ranging from two stories to multi-level high rises located throughout the U.S. We have also worked within the City of Redmond and are currently working on a six story multi-family project that has given us the opportunity to learn the expectations of the current entitlement process in this jurisdiction.
