Had our capacitor go out. Called first thing in the morning after calling multiple local "24 hour" companies.al l went to voicemail. No callbacks. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. Caton came straight away and recognized the problem immediately! He fixed the problem within 20 minutes! Would highly recommend!
Had my capacitor go out on my A/C and of course this wasn't realized till 7:30 at night when it had already reached 85 in my house. Called and spoke to a very nice lady with dispatch who took my info and said somebody would call me shortly. I had a tech call me within 5 min. He informed me of up front cost for afterhours which is nice so there are no surprises. (Pricing was also reasonable) He was at my house in under 15 minutes and had my unit up and going in 30. He was very nice and explained everything he did. I appreciate the fast service which avoided a misarable night with no A/C!
Phillip, Daniel and Robby did an awesome job replacing my sewer line. Other plumbers were apprehensive about the job but Superior Services dug up the old line and kept gas and sprinkler lines (that was right above sewer line) intact. Quick, courteous and dependable. Thank you guys!
