Led by company founders Jeff and Tray Schlarb since 2002, the studio respects the need for fantastic presentation and knows the responsibility that comes with every project. With a rapidly growing reputation for imaginative, contemporary concepts and positive client relationships, the company continues to expand while working out of their inspirational San Francisco studio on Potrero Avenue.

Green Couch's Luxury Leasing is the intersection of customized interior design and rental furniture. If you're looking for the traditional furniture rental service, this is the wrong station Cyndi Lauper. But, Mick Jagger, if you're keen to rent a lifestyle and not just furniture you have tuned the dial correctly! Our Project Managers come for an onsite meeting to unlock style, plan for specific luxury needs and create a floor plan with you to discover the highest and best use of each space. Green Couch provides partial and full staging projects. With a warehouse of sweet furniture, collected artwork, accessories and a continual re-investment in new inventory we are able to quickly furnish large homes. We intend to be current, fresh and illustrate homes with an approachable elegance that will be interpreted as a great place to entertain! Simply put, our staged homes should illustrate: An Elevated Lifestyle. Our combination of high end staging pieces, veteran experience and a rockstar staff allow us to quickly furnish large homes with exceptional results.

When our project managers or designers walk through for a staging proposal, we simultaneously evaluate whether any improvements to the home would help make a big splash! We then get quotes for the desired scope and manage the approved home improvements from start to finish. Then. We dance! Oh, first we Stage, then we Dance!
