Chris came out and did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I also love that he stayed in contact with me, updating when he would be out and a timeline of the project. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you have! After trying a number of companies and finally discovering Viking, they exceeded my expectations. Respectful, kind and hard-working plumbers as well as a helpful receptionist. I was very impressed by the work, integrity, and price of Viking!
I would recommend this company over and over again! We had a problem with the kitchen sink and shower leaking, and when the technicians came out they were very polite to myself and my kids; very professional and courteous. After diagnosing the problems, I needed a new faucet and they needed to fix the shower valve. It was all done working the day and they did an excellent job of cleaning up, they pretty much cleaned the whole kitchen and bathroom! They're on my speed dial from now on!
I've known some of the Viking employees for many years, and can vouch for their absolute honesty and dedication to hard work - honesty and dedication are traits to be valued!
Viking plumbing did some repair work for us on a house we just bought. They were prompt and courteous. We had Caleb come out and do the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you're looking for a plumber I would highly recommend Viking plumbing.
Just another day at the office for Austin.
Not that we raid, but who can relate?
