These guys are the best plumbers in the area. We have used them for 17 years after the Lombard public works folks recommended them after we had a sewer issue right after we bought our house. We recently had a furnace repair done, and our HVAC guy saw the Russ’s sticker on our water heater and unprompted pointed to it and said “those guys are great.” 100% accurate from our experience.

I try to use local companies whenever possible.
This is the 2nd time I've used Russ's plumbing. They're responsive, do solid work, clean up everything when they're done and they do this at a fair price.
What else can you ask for?
I recommend them for your plumbing needs.
I only give out 5 star reviews when they're earned. They earned it.

So we used them last year for a major sewage problem and called back again to check are sewer line and as we figured got the honest truth no bs. Thanks Chuck and Russ's Plumbing. If you read this definitely call them you won't be disappointed. They are well above 5 stars. Thanks again

Russ's Plumbing is amazing. Angela (scheduling) is so nice and I love how she can let me know the day/general time and then she calls again to say someone is on their way. I live in an old house that has many issues, especially with plumbing. In the last 8 months, Chuck has been out 4-5 times. Each time, he is on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Russ's Plumbing.

First time using this company and was so glad I found it here. Appointment was made for 8 a.m,tech showed exactly at 8 am. Friendly and very efficient. Not over priced. Was able to give me a estimate over the phone. Will be recommending it to family and friends when needed. Great company. Chuck is a very experienced tech.

Last Wednesday, after a large storm, my sump pump burned out... I had purchased it about three years prior from Home Depot and installed it myself. Definitely didn't last very long. We were going out-of-state on vacation this past weekend and I really needed to get a new sump pump installed prior to leaving. I called around to four different companies to get quotes for the installation of a new sump pump as well as a new battery back-up system. I figured if I was replacing one, I might as well do them both at the same time. Russ's was very responsive to my request for a phone quote and after checking with a technician, Angela (from the office) called me back with the pricing. Russ's pricing was competitive and a couple hundred dollars less than any of the other reputable companies I had contacted. Additionally, they were able to come out the next day to install it, whereas two of the other companies were going to make me wait over a week!
Chuck showed up on Friday for the installation. He had a very friendly personality and explained everything thoroughly. He kept our finished basement clean during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one. It took him a little over an hour from start to finish... and was able to leave town with the peace of mind knowing that my basement wasn't going to flood, thanks to Russ's!
I couldn't be happier with my new sump pump setup and will be contacting Russ's for any of my plumbing needs in the future!
