This place is a joke, my wife and I came home from our honeymoon to no heat in the house this Friday (29degrees) we called them and scheduled for saturday between 3-5pm. Waited around for the 2 hour window finally call at 5 till 5 and oh yea not sure what happened you are on here but not assigned. She attempts to call a service man and nope so sorry. Keep in mind it is now 5:15 on a saturday so I guess my families safety in Colorado weather is not worth doing right by their mistake. Long story short I now have to wait until Monday (24degree high) to maybe have heat again. Thank you for not following through on your appointment and putting my family at risk of blistering cold in our household. I will be sure all of my friends and family know to stay away!
