Jacob and Melvin were professional, hardworking, patient, kind, and have a servant heart way of working which is needed when working with the public. They emptied out the 16’ rental truck in the two hours and treated every item with tender care. Which I truly appreciate because this is my first move without my husband who died last June and I’m moving back to my hometown where he and I met 29 years ago and we moved from 17 years ago. Courtney made it easy to setup the appointment to book the reservation and Jacob and Melvin unloaded the truck in record time! I wish we had them up in Garland, TX to load the truck. First responders Moved us flawlessly today. Never a complaint or harsh word spoken. Courtney in their customer service department is top notch. Everyone is very efficient and prompt. You won’t be disappointed. We have already recommended their service to a family member and will definitely use them again.
