Seville Home is quality through and through. My experience has surpassed all expectations. Husband and I are empty nesters in a "love it or list it" mode. To "love it," we needed to rethink, repurpose, and update some spaces in our 17-year-old house. Enter Seville Home. Their design staff is amazing. Carrie came to our house and measured every room then asked and listened to determine a style we liked (haha - our previous style had been "teenager-durable"). She helped create a vision. We wanted living spaces that are warm, beautiful, livable, inviting, comfortable, and lasting. Seville Home helped create what I could never have envisioned by myself. Certainly, this is a work in progress. But I have found that the professionalism, knowledge, service, experience, and rich selection of styles and finishes offered by Seville Home exceed all expectations. Absolutely five stars!

Four years ago we spent thousands of dollars for new living room furnishings: couch, 2 chairs, end table and lamp. Beautiful and expected it to last. The couch (no manufacturer's tag) still looks amazing but the interior components are breaking apart. Seville would not provide the name of the manufacturer nor cover the repair costs (they did provide the replacements for the interior broken metal pieces, we need to find an upholsterer to repair). Furniture would be best suited for staging a model home, not everyday use by two people. Faux furniture vs. Fine furniture.

Ten years ago we furnished our existing Mission Hills home with the assistance of Carrie McColgan at Seville Home. She did an amazing job helping us choose the furniture that fit the size of our home and our personal style. In fact our choices were so good we really had no reason to return to Seville Home until...
This year we decided to downsize our living space (kids all moving out) and move to Brookside. Though we had lost contact with Carrie many years ago we dropped into the store one day just to look around. As luck would have it Carrie was in the store, recognized us immediately and welcomed us by name. Once we got done catching up on our respective lives she learned everything she could about our new home and the renovations we had planned. We're not quite moved in yet but with Carrie's expert assistance we do have most of the furniture, carpets and accents selected.
We cannot say enough about our experience.
If you are looking for a place to buy great quality, unique, home furnishings, furniture, decor, etc., this is the place! Their inventory is always changing. They have excellent customer service and it continues even after the sale. We worked with Elizabeth and she came out to our new home and took measurements, and recommended pieces for the different rooms. They worked perfectly! We had some very minor issues with a couple of pieces, and they had someone come out right away to take care of them. We will definitely be going back!
