2021's look is partially inspired by the ever popular Studio McGee. Every few years the designer du jour emerges- Joanna Gaines, Caitlin Wilson, Becki Owens and now we have Studio McGee. What does this mean? Well, we will see many white walls (stay tuned for a post on my favorite shades), light wood, black and brass accents, clean lines, less farm, more modern, some classic, even a little historic mixed in. Lighting is phenomenal. Industry standards like Kichler have so many new fixtures rolling out, I never want to look back on previous selections.
