The new USF Honors College is a 86,000 sf, 6-story facility in Tampa, FL. FGA acted as the Prime Architect in our collaboration with Morphosis, the Design Architect. The new Theater, Library, Cultural Center is part of the fabric of the new Starkey Ranch community in Odessa, Florida. FleischmanGarcia was selected to design the new C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Public Library, formerly known as the College Hill Branch Library, by Hillsborough County. Founded in 1972 in a former loft apartment by Sol J. Fleischman, Jr., AIA and the late Eduard Garcia, AIA, the firm has grown and prospered throughout the last four decades to become one of the largest and most experienced locally owned architecture, planning and interior design firms in the region.
