Vintage Building & Design is a Delray Beach based "boutique builder" whose team is made up of individuals from the award winning Vintage Properties. Our greatest asset, in addition to our extensive experience as general contractors in the South Florida area for over 20 years, is our expertise and achievements in Design. Our ability to offer in-house design and full specification services allows us to fully service our clients visions, and to achieve and exceed the goals of their projects. The scope of our work ranges from complete historical restorations, kitchen and bath remodeling and renovations, to adding additional square footage, updating to energy efficient systems, installing impact windows, or complete teardown of an existing home with the rebuilding of a new residence. We streamline the entire remodeling process with the goal of offering a stress-free, on-time, and on-budget experience.

We work hand in hand with our clients to individually custom design flooring, marble details, cabinetry, millwork details and award winning pools and landscape features to insure that the final project is a true reflection of their desires, vision, and expectations. Due to our true appreciation and love of cooking we take great pride in our abilities to create highly functional kitchens which are also a statement of our clients tastes and vision.
The partners at Vintage Building & Design worked as a team for over 25 years at award-winning Vintage Properties, founded in1980. There they planned, developed, and built neighborhoods of townhome, coach home, zero-lot line and fully customized single-family residences within some of the most beautiful communities in South Florida, including Broken Sound Country Club, The Polo Club, BallenIsles, Ibis Golf and Country Club, and The Bear's Club. The Vintage reputation for design excellence and superior construction continues with our current projects, including new estate homes in The Bear's Club in Jupiter, major renovation projects in Palm Beach, Thornhill Estates and Thornhill Green in Boca Raton, and new home construction in East Delray Beach, Gulfstream, and Ocean Ridge.
Principal Partner Ken Weitz studied Architecture at Boston Architectural Center and the University of Miami before obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Technology at Florida International University. With his expertise in architecture & design, and 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Ken is uniquely suited to seeing large and small-scale projects through from concept to completion. He's able to understand and define the clients vision and help turn it into reality. Ken's reputation for facilitating a rewarding client experience is a hallmark of his accomplishments.
