Young's Upholstery was established more than 60 years ago by Bill "Ross" Young. Back then, Ross made convertible tops and plastic seat covers by hand, always ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Because of his commitment to craftsmanship, Ross grew a large and loyal following in the Norfolk, Va., community. In 1993, Ross handed the reins to his son, Bill Young Jr. Bill Jr. expanded the business and became involved in both medical facility furnishings and restaurant booth seat reupholstery.
