Highland Associates, through our large network of friends and associates has been fortunate to work on some specialty residential projects over the years. Highland has completed projects such as out of the ground residences, farmhouse renovations, upgraded beach houses and New York City lofts and townhouses. Highland has brought attention to detail while being budget sensitive and creative. Since we have always believed in collaboration, Highland has been selected by many world class interior designers to assist them in their more architecturally driven projects.

Highland Associates has been designing for the warehousing, material handling, distribution and manufacturing market sectors since our firm's inception in 1988. Our varied experience includes projects for the pharmaceutical, aerospace, food and beverage, medical device and glass industries, to name a few. Our architects and engineers bring the design expertise necessary to create successful sterile manufacturing facilities as well as flexible, functional and constructible facilities designed to grow with the fluctuating demands of industry.

Highland Associates brings extensive experience working in different retail segments including both boutique and big box stores. Some of our clients include Elizabeth Arden, Elie Tahari, Joe Fresh, Herve Leger, BCBG, Macy's, Inc. which includes Macy's and Bloomingdale's, and Hudson's Bay Company which includes Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue. The experience our teams of architects, engineers and interior designers have gained over the course of the last 30 years, provides our clients with seasoned professionals who understand the retail environment.
