At Rittenhouse Builders we believe that among the most important things we build are relationships with clients. By providing services and recommendations that limit the surprises during a project, we can keep the process on task. Whether it's a home renovation that starts with the advice of an architect, or one using drawings created by Rittenhouse Builders, our Pre-Construction process is a set of predictable and consistent steps. We'll help secure the detailed drawings necessary to provide accurate estimates and to obtain permits.
We are highly skilled craftsmen who value quality and attention to detail as the foundational principles of our business. But, our true core is communication. It's what defines us. Communication is the structure that provides strength to our relationships. Since we began in 1995, we've understood we are more than builders. We are partners with people who put a part of their future in our hands. The details, angles and sight lines create the space where lives are shaped and the future is created.
We are hoping that the snow blanketing this gem, built in 1894, will be long gone when we begin a complete renovation next month.
This winter has been kind to us (so far) and the masons have been able to work on the patios and porches that extend the living space of this whole house renovation with additions. If the mild weather continues, we will be building sidewalks shortly while wrapping up interior construction.
A client of ours is designing a jewelry box themed vanity and is working on selecting her "jewels".
Would the client notice if we left the mock-up in place? Sweating the details in the absence of fixtures ordered four months ago! #buildingduringc ovid19
