Oskar Huber, Sr. was an artisan who made upholstered furniture, one exceptional piece at a time. Trained in Germany, he emigrated to the United States at the age of 21. He then worked at an upholstery shop in Philadelphia. In 1927, he opened Oskar Huber Furniture on Rising Sun Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. Our company has evolved and currently has two locations - one in Pennsylvania and one in New Jersey. We are now a 3rd and 4th generation family owned and operated business. Oskar Huber Furniture was founded on the virtues of exquisite design and quality craftsmanship.
