These water heaters fill with cold water which is heated by gas or electricity and held for later use. Conventional tank water heaters have a lower initial purchase price. The heating element runs throughout the day keeping the full tank of water at the desired temperature. If there is an electrical outage, you can still have hot water with a gas heated hot water tank. Problems can occur with traditional tanks because they do run higher energy expenses. When using a lot of hot water, with multiple showers, laundry, etc., an exhausted hot water supply means waiting for the tank to re-heat again.

I’m an inexperienced homeowner that recently had our gas turned off due multiple found gas leaks & an HVAC issue not to code in our century old home. I chose J & J solely because of their good reviews, but was still VERY skeptical. I was scared to be oversold or have someone inexperienced. Yet, I was BLOWN AWAY by the amazing service and experience we had from both Preston and Zack. Both answered our MANY questions and alleviated all our concerns. They even went above and beyond staying after service to explain exactly what they did and offer guidance tips to not get in the same situation in the future. I didn’t feel like someone they wanted to rush with or get extra money from. I felt offered the same service they’d provide for their friend or family. It was so humbling and I feel blessed to have used them! Our gas company was pleased as well finding no more issues after! I would highly recommend them both and will be a lifetime J & J customer!!!
