Toros Construction

The foundation of which OMA Construction was built upon is the Heavy Construction Division. We provide project management, excavation, underground utilities, and pre-cast concrete installation. OMA Construction is a Washington State certified DBE/MBE Contractor. Our newest division consists of erosion control, soil amendment, plantings and irrigation on all Public Works jobs. Over the past years we have completed some of Seattle's most significant projects such as SR520, Sound Transits Beacon Hill Link, and currently Sound Transits UW Link.
